Do you carry the same product in-store and online?
We do our best to get new items up and online as soon as they arrive. If there is something you would like to order that you've seen on our social media, but you don't see it online, please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you over the phone. NOTE: All inventory and sizes available online is available in-store!

Where do you ship?
We ship Canada wide and would love to send something Loka your way! For more information regarding our shipping practices, please do not hesitate to email our team.

Can I return an online order in-store?
Yes, accompanied with the original receipt and within the return time frame. A store credit is issued and will be emailed to you within 1 - 3 business days.

How does your clothing fit?
It will vary slightly with each brand. But for the most part we try our best to keep it consistent and pick items that are true to size! We try to include model measurements and specific fit information for each item which can be found in the product descriptions on each product page.

How can I shop Loka?
Our storefront is located at #100 - 443 Academy Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba or shop Loka 24/7 online!

What methods of payment do you accept? 
Online : we accept Visa and Mastercard to make buying online as quick and easy as possible. 
In-Store : Visa, Mastercard, Debit, E-Transfer, and Cash.

Do you accept layaway?
Yes! A minimum 25% deposit is required on the day the layaway begins and the full amount of the merchandise cost must be paid within 1 (one) month of the deposit. All layaway purchases are a final sale.

Do you do custom orders?
Subject to availability, we are able to do custom orders for certain lines -- please contact us to inquire about a specific brand.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit on the item which is non-refundable -- if you change your mind on the item, you can use this deposit towards anything in the store or receive store credit.

What does Loka mean?
Loka - a Sanskrit word for world.
